Ordering & Payment details

When placing an order a non returnable 10% deposit will, in most cases, be required. A deposit will not be required if ordering a type A sword . The balance in both cases will be requested when the item is ready for despatch.

The waiting time for most items varies depending on work load, it is generally between 3-6 weeks.

Type A sword fittings are kept in stock and therefore have a quicker turn around, from 2-3 weeks.

Payments can be made by Cheque, bank transfer or credit/debit card.

Cheques should be made payable to Heron Armoury, and sent to the address on this website. Transfer details will be sent if requested.

Credit / Debit card details will be taken over the phone only, please do not send bank or card details via email.
